Delivery is Fixed? New Va. Addendum on the way

The NVAR Standard Forms Committee voted yesterday on a new Virginia Jurisdictional Addendum that makes significant changes to the Delivery paragraph that was causing so much confusion and controversy among agents. The NVAR Board of Directors will vote to approve the new form at their June meeting and it will take effect July 1, 2007.
