New Home Inspection & Radon Contingecy Forms Adopted

NVAR's Board of Directors approved a new one page Home Inspection and Radon Inspection Contigency Form Last Week.

Hopefully this helps put everyone on notice that there may be additional repairs required under the contract that may not be listed in the Home Inspection Removal Addendum that the Seller may want to ask about before agreeing to Home Inspection repairs.
